Burst Man, also known as the 10 Hour Burst Man, is a notorious serial killer who has been terrorizing the city for years. He gained his nickname from his unique ability to survive for up to 10 hours without oxygen, making it nearly impossible to catch him. His victims are usually found in abandoned buildings or warehouses, with their throats slit and their bodies left to rot.
